I have workers come to my site applying all day, why would I need your service?
Send those applicants to our office and let our HR team screen them for you. In doing so, you
will free up more time to focus on your project. We will select the best candidates based on your criteria and send them to you as needed. This way you can try before you buy!
I had a bad experience with a temp labour company, how are you different?
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but please don’t paint us all with the same brush. Our staff will work to find the right fit for your company and if you are not happy we offer our President Guarantee
Temporary workers are just people who can’t find a real job, aren’t they?
No they are not. Our workforce is quite diverse. Many have been recently laid off and are eager to continue working, some are new to town; while others may be on their days off looking to fill gaps and some are students. Many of our crew have worked for reputable companies in town and have been employed full-time on a regular basis
Do I need to set up an account?
You can apply for an account and we gladly accept Visa or Mastercard

If I like one of your workers can I hire them?

Do you have workers available up-island
Yes, with notice, please contact us to discuss
Do you only have general labourers or do you also have ticketed tradesmen available?
We have both and everything in between and if we don’t we will recruit, pull from other offices and do whatever is necessary to fill your order
Can I request the same worker every day?
Absolutely, and we will do our best to honour that request
Do you have night shift workers available?
Yes we do
Is there a minimum of hours that you charge?
Yes, there is a 4 hour minimum
Do you provide PPE for the workers?
All standard PPE is provided
Do you provide Safety training?
Yes, in addition to our new worker orientation we offer a TLC Safety Trained Program to all
I am outside of town, can you get workers to me?
Yes, given proper notice, we fill out of town orders
